In life we move about
Going here and there
We fall in and out of love
But do we truly know what our heart wants

We say we want to be in a relationship 
We want to be loved
WE want to be appreciated 
But do we truly know what our heart wants

First love made my heart stop
Second love made me melt 
Third love made me tingle throughout my body
But do we truly know what our heart wants

In the end you never know
You grasp on to what you think love feels like
And you give it all you got
Sometimes it works out and others don't 

One day you will find what you are looking for
Everything falls right in to place 
And then you will see
What your heart truly wants
