In a world where the light is dimming 
Lives are being lost
Wars continue to happen 
And humanity is clouded 
Our light is dimming 
You need to take a long look at those around you 
Are they the ones that fill your heart with love
Are they there when you need them the most
If they are not doing both of these for you
They are dimming your light 
You need to have those around you that do
They will help to remind you that    Know matter what is happening around the world
You have those who want to brighten your light 
To strengthen you
To love you
Don't let others dim your light 
Even in a world where the light is dimming
