Pure Confusion

I thought you were going to be something very special 
I thought you were someone that would do right by me
And now all I have is pure confusion
When I placed my feelings out there for you to hear, I was shot down
But you can sit there and tell me that you want to spend the rest of your life with me
How can you tell someone that 
That is pure confusion
When you want to get together I never have a problem with coming your way
But when it comes to you coming my way it seems something always comes up or you have an excuse for not coming my way
I feel as if I am in my marriage again and getting the same crap I got before
Just pure confusion
I told you what I wanted and what I didn’t want
You are doing to me the same thing my ex has done
What should I do
Pure confusion
Stay or let you go
I need to save myself from more heartache
You enjoy the pure confusion
I don’t want it anymore
