I dream of a tomorrow
Then I dream of another day
When I could hold you tight throughout the dark night
And I could kiss away all the worries of our yesterday
Your love flows through my heart
Like a river flows to the sea
But you don’t notice me
I know you work day in and day out
But so do I
I can see your sadness
Why can’t you see mine
I would want for nothing more than 
To show you all the things 
I can do for you
Be for you
To show you how love is supposed to feel and be
What I’ll do for you
If you will do for me 
When you get knocked down
I’ll pick you back up
I want to make you happy 
But you still pass me by
