In the beginning we didn’t know where this would lead
We just knew the love and trust was there
And the thought that “we will make it”
Choices and decisions were made
That didn’t go in our favor
The thought came back “we will make it”
With things getting tougher and harder
And we know this wasn’t what we had planned
That same thought came back that “we will make it”
We have had our good days and bad ones
But as long as I love you is the last thing we hear
I am so sure “we will make it”
I have faith that we are stronger
Than anything that will be thrown at us
That same thought slipped in “we will make it”
You are my one and only true love
I never hid that from you
That’s why that thought comes in “we will make it”
I love you and miss the time we use to spend together
But you need to remember

My “I do” was for life
No one else will ever change that
