In life there are things you go through both good and bad
Sometimes you end up emotionally shutdown
It makes it hard to feel anything
It takes time to come back
From the betrayal, to trust again
To love yourself again, to love someone new
For those who come after all this heartbreak
Kniw it will be hard to bring down those walls
You will have to prove you are not like the rest 
You will get scrutinized with every step
But know she’s worth every effort 
If you are strong enough to brave the waters 
The walls will break
The wonderful person she is will come through
Her love will shine brightly
She will blossom from the love you give
She will grow, she will learn to trust
You will be the lucky one
She will be everything you imagined her to be and more
The emotional shutdown will be no more
